AUB Alumna Maya Nassar (BA '07) is an athletic trailblazer, a certified sports nutritionist and personal trainer, who helped thousands reach the best shape of their lives. Through her website Startlivingright.net, Maya features a blog of personalized training information, recipes and even a nutrition calculator. Recently, she developed an app to assist those wanting to implement healthy changes to their lifestyle on-the-go: her Start Living Right mobile app features similar nutritional and exercise tips, tracking devices and guides as her website.
